Four Monthly Meeting with CPMG

Pending Items: 

1. Grant of Road Mileage to Sub divisional ASPOS/IPOs for their tour in their sub division:
           
   A.  Audit objections to be restricted when travelling officers have traveled through entitled class with approved tour program
 B.  Divisional head should refrain themselves from negotiating the rates of road mileage while sanctioning the claims. The case of Gandhinagar Division was pointed out.
C. Members are requested to give their feedback if they have any grievance on this account

2. Threatening letters issued by administration to ASPOS/IPOS for target achievement and adverse remarks in APAR

A. Since such instructions have statutory implication association objected.  The Administration has not agreed to submission therefore, item was allowed to be closed with 'Disagreement'

1. Non observance of request register and discrimination with ASPOs / IPOs in the matter of transfer by RO Vadodara / Rajkot

2. Re-sizing of Sub division within revenue limits of tehsil and division

Members are requested to furnish information of Number of HOs, MDGs, SOs & BOs in their sub division with specific comments, if any

3. Recovery of Transfer TA from male IPOs/ASPOs if their request of transfer is considered before / after completion of tenure

             members are also requested to intimate  (a) no of MOs working in their SD (b) Since when MO is working (c) when beat of MO was changed last (d) in case post is vacant - since when post stands vacant
